Halfords IP again ranked by IP Stars 2022 as one of Australia’s leading IP firms.

Halfords IP (HIP) has once again been ranked as one of Australia’s leading IP firms. The rankings were recently published by Managing IP (MIP) in their 2022 Patent World IP Survey.

HIP has been highly ranked as a ‘tier 2’ firm for Patent Prosecution, and, as a ‘notable’ firm for Trade Mark prosecution, retaining both these ratings from previous years.

Dan Berger has also again been named as a PATENT STAR 2022.

Dan is a Patent Attorney and a Partner of HIP, with ~15years experience in the patent profession. With a Nanotechnology degree from the University of New South Wales, Dan’s broad technical background allows him to cross the conventional divisions between chemistry and electro-mechanical technologies. Dan’s primary focus is in drafting, prosecution and enforcement of patent rights to his predominantly local client base.
