Dr Mattia Pagani appointed a Partner of Halfords IP

Halfords IP are very pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Mattia Pagani as a Partner of the firm.

Mattia is a Registered Patent Attorney with a degree in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Physics, specialising in the prosecution and enforcement of Patents and Design rights across a range of technologies, notably in the ICT, computer and electrical disciplines. In particular, Mattia is adept at dealing with the unique challenges encountered when patenting software-related inventions in Australia and New Zealand.

With over 10 years’ experience in intellectual property, Mattia initially worked at one of the larger Australian IP firms, before moving to Halfords IP about 5 years ago. Mattia is also fluent in Italian.

Mattia has been named a ‘Rising Star’ by Managing IP (MIP) in both 2023 and 2024
