Halfords IP welcomes Chris Atichian

Halfords IP are very pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Atichian as a Partner of the firm.

Chris is a Registered Patent Attorney with over 20 years’ experience in intellectual property, specialising in the prosecution and enforcement of Patents and Design rights across a range of mechanical technologies.

With dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Commerce, Chris spent the past 15 years at Cotters Patent Attorneys, a firm which he co-founded. Previously he also worked at Spruson & Ferguson, and, Cabinet Beau de Lomenie in Paris.

Chris has extensive experience in acting for a variety of clients, ranging from sole inventors to SMEs, Universities and multi-nationals, and has considerable experience in dealing with contentious matters. Chris is very highly regarded for achieving commercially desirable outcomes for his clients.
