Dan Berger, Patent Attorney and Partner of HIP, has retained this well-deserved rating for the third year running.

Dan focuses on the protection of his client’s Intellectual Property using Patents and Design registrations. His practice includes drafting and prosecution of Patent and Design applications, providing advice in relation to infringement and validity of Patent and Design rights, Patent oppositions, advising on IP strategy, and providing advice in relation to patentability of new products/processes. He specialises in medical technology, nanotechnology, building and construction technology, and material science.

The rankings were announced by Managing IP (MIP) in their 2022 Patent World IP Survey.
